The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a Part Time Learning Assistant to join our happy and successful team. This post is fixed term to start in January 2022 until 19th July 2022.
Experience of working with children with SEN and ASC/behavioural difficulties would be an advantage.
Lansbury Bridge School & Sports College is a generic special school which caters for 222 children and young people, aged 3-16. All of our pupils have complex needs and have an EHCP in place. The majority of pupils have profound, severe or moderate learning difficulties while over 50% also have a diagnosis of ASC. A number have additional sensory, physical and medical difficulties.
This post is subject of satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
