The Governors of St Anne’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant. Joining the main office, you will be meeting and greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, inputting / updating data on the SIMS system and supporting with all round administration duties.
You will support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership team with general administrative duties to ensure the effective and efficient running of the school. You must have good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and to co-ordinate the administrative work requests for the school.
Applicants will need to have a good standard of English, maths and computer skills and be able to work under the pressures of a busy, learner centred environment. We would like to hear from candidates
