Governors of Rainhill Community Nursery School are delighted to offer an opportunity to an outstanding practitioner. Your role will involve you working alongside our teacher to enhance the learning and development of our pupils including supporting children within EYFS who have a range of additional needs.
Post 1 - 15 hours Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 12.00 pm + 5 INSET days
Post 2 - 19 hours Wednesday to Friday 8.55 am to 3.45 pm + 5 INSET days
Post 3 - 21.25 hours Monday to Friday 11.30 am to 3.45 pm + 5 INSET days

These posts are to commence as soon as possible and initially are temporary until 22nd July 2025. However, pupil numbers and high needs funding will be reviewed in summer term 2025 and there may be a possibility that some posts could be extended beyond July 2025.
We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys working with and supporting children to develop as confident, capable and independent learners
• Values the importance of positive and quality interactions
• Uses their own initiative and takes a solution focused attitude to their work
• Is an excellent practitioner, with sound knowledge of early childhood development and of the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
