The qualification will be determined by previous experience / existing level of achieved qualifications and will be either Business Administration Level 3 OR Customer Service Practitioner Level 2. The apprenticeship will help you to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to progress within a modern and busy office environment.
You will assist the Teams to provide a professional administrative support service, including: -
- Provide general administrative support to the Team. This will include answering the telephone, photocopying, filing, data input and typing notes/reports on request and dealing with customers.
- Assist in producing reports from specialised ICT systems, after training and under supervision.
- Data checking and data cleansing.
- Deal with routine enquiries and correspondence from both internal and external customers.
- Assist with financial administration and assisting in monthly accounts and record-keeping.
You will:-
- have confident communication skills,
- be competent in Microsoft packages particularly word and excel
- be able to work as part of a team
- be able to demonstrate good organisation skills
- appreciate and be able to maintain confidentiality.
