Job Description
Required for September 2021:

Two Level 2 Learning Assistants to join our friendly and caring team that support our children in a creative setting. The successful candidates will work within our EYFS setting which may include our 2-year-old provision. Experience of the early years foundation stage is essential.

Each of the posts will involve supporting a child on a 1-1 or small group basis, to help them achieve their full potential. The successful candidates will be patient, positive, caring, and effective at working as part of a team with experience of working with primary age children. Knowledge/experience of working with children with ASD/social and communication difficulties would be an advantage.

Broad Oak is a popular school that is growing all the time. We enjoy excellent relationships with parents/carers and the local community. We have moved to three form entry over a phased period as our classes pass through school. We have a team of committed, hardworking staff, well behaved, motivated and enthusiastic pupils and a friendly, caring school community.

• Can demonstrate initiative and good time management.
• Have relevant experience working with children with additional needs.
