In order to achieve this we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Child in Need Co-ordinator. This is an exciting time to join us at St Helens as we continue to make progress on our improvement journey.
Reporting to the Principal Social Worker, you will be responsible to coordinate and drive practice development of child in need work, to improve the quality of child in need work. You will be an experienced practitioner with a high level of skills and knowledge, who models good practice and is passionate about supporting children and families. You will have excellent leadership skills and will be confident in providing high support and high challenge, to help drive continuous practice improvement.
The successful applicant will:
