Making A Difference as A Contact and Support Officer Emergency Duty Team
A position has arisen for a Contact and Support officer for the Emergency Duty Team. The Emergency Duty Team are an out of hours emergency response social care team which cover emergencies in relation to Children, Adults, housing and mental health for the boroughs of St Helens and Halton.
The team are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking team member to join the service and assist the Team Manager in day-to-day operation of the team. They will contribute to the development, production and maintenance of procedures and codes of practice to improve quality of service delivery. The successful candidate will work flexibly in and out of hours dependent on the needs of the service. The officer will be responsible for rota arrangement for the team, and for the development and maintenance of manual computerised records/information systems and ensure these systems are kept up to date. The officer will report to and work alongside the Team Manager for the service.
