Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Family Time Support Workers within the Family Time Team to support our children and families.

The Family Time Team support our children and families to be able to spend time together in a safe and secure environment or arrangement. The successful candidate would be part of a weekly rota including evenings and weekends. All family time sessions are agreed with the referring social worker who provides a risk assessment to support the family time worker to supervise the session and be aware of the issues for that child and their family.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, child focused person to join the team. The successful person will be able to build relationships, be mindful of child development and safeguarding, be able to record observations and involvement as well as prepare reports for Court, meetings and reviews as required.

The Team work together to ensure that children and families are supported, and we also ensure that all arrangements are risk assessed in terms any risks identified regarding family members and in respect of Covid-19. The team works in partnership with Social Work Teams.

The Family Time Team are a great team, welcoming and supportive and are eager to develop the service in partnership with children and families.
