Making a difference at St Helens Council as a Clerical Officer

These are very busy teams working across several Children's Centres with multi agency teams co-located across the centres. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure using their own initiative.

Applicants should state their experience of working in an office environment and the systems they are confident in using. The successful candidate will have experience of using Databases and Microsoft applications. You should also have excellent customer service skills; however, training will be provided where required. Applications are invited from candidates who are familiar with dealing with the public and professionals on a daily basis.

Hours to be worked on a 2-week rota.
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9.00am 5.00pm
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday 9.00am - 5.00pm
