Temporary Design and Technology Technician (12 months in first instance)
37 hours per week - Term Time Only
SCP 5 - 6 From: £16147.96 pa to £16580.27 pa
8.00am – 3:54pm (30 minutes lunch)
Required to start as soon as possible, a Design and Technology Technician.
We are seeking to employ a capable and reliable Design and Technology Technician to support teachers and students in our highly successful Technology Department.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, artistic and inspirational technician who will provide support to the teaching and learning of Food and Technology.
Applicants should be computer literate, including Word and Excel and able to use SIMS (training will be given). Candidates should be educated to GCSE level including English and have experience of working with students or young people in an educational setting.
The main responsibilities of the post will be guided and supported by the Head of Technology
You will be required to undertake a first aid course.
The post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
