Making A Difference as A Safeguarding Secretary in the St Helens Safeguarding Unit

Applications are invited for a full and part time Safeguarding Secretary within the St Helens Safeguarding Unit. The role is agile working and with access to the hub at Atlas House.

The St Helens Children’s Safeguarding Unit have developed excellent multi-agency relationships with partners across St Helens to improve outcomes for children. We are looking for committed and organised individuals with excellent secretarial skills to join our team.

With responsibility for arranging and minuting safeguarding meetings, providing a comprehensive and confidential service to the team, and undertaking associated administration work: you will have experience of working in a busy office environment dealing with confidential information and possess a typing/word processing qualification (RSA, Intermediate Text Production or equivalent).

You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work flexibly.
