The successful candidate will have whole college responsibilities and line management of a large English department including Head of Department, Second in Department and KS4 Coordinator. You must have the drive and experience to secure outstanding results through creative and innovative approaches to learning. The successful applicants will be enthusiastic, determined, positive and skilled at leading change and ensuring success.
