Making A Difference as A Passenger Assistant in School Transport Section
The School Transport Section within the People’s Services Department is seeking to appoint 15 Passenger Assistants to commence as soon as possible. The successful candidates will be supporting pupils travelling to and from school/college, ensuring their safety whilst travelling in a range of vehicles to various locations throughout St Helens and other areas.
The service provides transport for pupils with special educational and complex needs, aged from 4 years of age up to and including 25 years of age.
The roles are permanent, term time only positions, Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week, and will operate before and after the start of the school/college day.
