The Governing Body of Mill Green School are seeking to appoint a motivated and extremely effective classroom teacher to join our hard working, dynamic and enthusiastic team who share our determination to transform the life chances of our wonderful student body. Whilst welcoming applications from teachers with any specialism, experience of teaching young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and associated complex needs is desirable.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding, reflective and resourceful practitioner who is dedicated to making their practice the very best it can be. They will be committed to developing exceptional SEN education, taking a solution-focused and positive approach, with a passion about their pedagogy and the impact they have on improving outcomes for all learners, regardless of their educational needs or ability.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an inspirational drive to initiate new ideas and take risks, whilst creating a safe and stimulating environment for our young people to learn, be valued and feel secure.
