Following the promotion of our previous Headteacher, the Governing Body of Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated inspirational and reflective leader.
This is an exciting opportunity for a practising Catholic who can show commitment to maintain and developing our Catholic ethos. We are seeking a leader who is dynamic, forward thinking and who can further drive and improve the existing, ‘high quality education at our small, family orientated school.’ (Ofsted April 2023 - Good)
Our reputation is strong, and the school community supports the vision and Catholic ethos of the school. This is a great opportunity for a strong and effective leader to make a significant impact at a school which places children at the centre of all that is does.
We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can demonstrate:
• They are a committed practising Catholic with a clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic Education, who will put our Catholic ethos at the heart of all they do.
• Someone who has the ability to put the needs of the children first, ensuring that they continue to be excited about all aspects of their learning journey whilst developing individual talents to the full.
• A headteacher with a clear vision for taking our school forward from strength to strength.
• A leader who can challenge and empower staff to be the best they can be whilst being committed to their own professional development.
• Someone with a strong, proven track record of raising standards across the key stages.
• A person with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, a good listener and very approachable.
• An excellent communicator and commits to working closely in partnership with parents, Governors, the Parish, Village community, the Archdiocese and the wider community.
