Job Description

Making A Difference as a Senior Learning Assistant

Are you skilled in working with young people in an educational setting?
Are you able to build effective relationships and communicate well with young people?
Are you able to create and follow bespoke support plans for individuals or small groups of pupils?
Do you have experience working with young people using English as an additional language and/or from traveller families?
Are you confident when working independently and as part of a team?

Can you:

 Engage and motivate?
Inspire and support?
Demonstrate experience and commitment?
Engender enthusiasm?
Show resilience, knowledge, and humour in the face of challenge?
Co-operate with others as a strong team member?
Work flexibly to undertake a range of tasks?

Communicate well with colleagues and peers?
