The Governors of St Peter’s C.E. Primary School are seeking to appoint a skilled,
caring, thoughtful and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in our Early Years Foundation Stage. Experience of delivering phonics and working in EYFS is preferred.
You will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting pupil independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
You will assist pupils so they can access the Early Years curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
Candidates must be committed to continuing professional development. Candidates must be able to work as part of a skilled, well – informed, high achieving and positive team of staff and be able to think creatively to meet pupils’ needs.
