St John Vianney Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint an Admin Assistant to join our hard-working, friendly team from September 2024. Hours of work will be 8.30am -12.30pm

St John Vianney Catholic Primary School is a popular and successful school with a very
supportive Governing Body. We have a hard-working team of teachers and support staff who
work effectively together. All staff are committed to ensuring every child is safe and has access to quality learning opportunities and achieves the best they can. We have a highly effective safeguarding and pastoral team who support pupils and families to promote and maintain positive mental health, excellent behaviour, and address barriers to learning.

St John Vianney School would like to appoint a highly motivated admin assistant to be a part of our busy school office.

The admin assistant is accountable to the office manager.

The admin assistant will be required to provide all admin tasks including answering the telephone, monitoring and replying to school emails, ordering and invoicing goods as well as providing reception duties and any other duties as required.

The governing body is looking for applicants who have:

· A calm and nurturing approach
· Patience
