Do you have: -
· A commitment to the delivery of a quality customer focused service
· Knowledge of the day-to-day operation of Leisure Facilities
· Financial and people management experience
· A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or are willing to complete the qualification.
The Leisure Service (Go Active) has a hugely exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with vision, flair and excellent leadership skills to work as Duty Manager at one of the Boroughs leading Leisure Facilities. You will be part of an inspired and successful team, that has a proven track record in achieving high quality results and delivering an excellent service.
We are looking for an individual with first-hand experience of working in the Sports, Health and Fitness industry, who enjoys working as part of a team and has excellent communication skills with a good understanding of service delivery.

This temporary post is based at Queens Park Health & Fitness to provide career break cover until 4th April 2023 (may be potentially be extended) . The facility operates a three-week shift pattern, which includes early mornings, evenings and weekend work.
