Sutton Manor Community Primary School are seeking a part-time caretaker.
The hours of work are 15 hours per week. Your times of work are Monday to Friday from 7.00 am - 10.00 am.
The Caretaker will have cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and will manage the cleaning team. The successful candidate will be required to undertake training, for example manual handling, ladder training, electrical awareness and any other in-house training that is required.
The Caretaker will be responsible for the care and security of the school premises, which will include opening and closing. The caretaker will also be responsible for alarm response (out of hours), which will be paid at the appropriate rate for call outs.
The Caretaker may, from time to time, be required to work overtime for after school activities for which the appropriate rate of pay will be paid.
