Pastoral Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead

The post is to begin from 1st September 2025
Grade: SCP 23-25 Full time 34 Hours a week, term time only plus 5 days.

The Governing Body of St Anne’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational Pastoral Manager.
We are looking for someone who can offer the highest level of care and support to our children and work alongside our families to ensure the very best outcomes for all. The successful candidate will be highly organised and have excellent interpersonal skills with the highest expectations for themselves and others. They will be able to work independently and have the ability to lead and inspire others in pursuit of a highly effective safeguarding and pastoral culture across our school with our children and families at the heart of all they do.
In addition to joining our friendly, supportive and hard working staff team, with wonderful children, you can expect:

• A comprehensive induction programme, ensuring that you have the support you need to settle into your role and ongoing support throughout.
• A programme of continued professional development including access to coaching and various e-learning platforms and in house and externally sourced training courses. Role-specific CPD and behaviour management support.
• Employee Wellbeing Package to support in and outside of school.
