A vacancy has arisen for a Clerical Officer for The Early Help and St Helens Children's Centre Teams. These are very busy teams working across a number of Children's Centres with multi agency teams co-located across the centres.
We are looking to appoint an experienced and reliable Clerical Officer to join the administration team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure using their own initiative.
Application should state their experience of working in an office environment and the systems they are confident in using. The successful candidate will have experience of using Databases and Microsoft applications . You should also have excellent customer service skills however, training will be provided where required.
Applications are invited from candidates who are familiar with dealing with the public and professionals on a daily basis.
