The Governors of Longton Lane Primary are seeking to appoint a highly effective learning assistant to provide support with the teaching and learning of children across the school.
The school is looking for -
· A strong classroom practitioner with a real desire to promote children’s learning.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· An ability to work with small groups to lead targeted strategies and interventions.
· Willingness to support pupils on an individual basis.
· Flexibility in terms of supporting the school’s needs in respect of general non-class based duties.
. Willingness to take develop the OPAL play coordinator role within school
