The Governors of our outstanding school are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and well-motivated Learning Assistants to support children with special educational needs. This appointment is subject to external funding connected to EHCPs.
The person we appoint will:
have successful experience of working with children
be an excellent communicator and team player
be pro-active in approach in supporting very high academic standards
have high expectations of all children’s attitude and behaviour
be eager to develop their skills and experience
be committed to excellence and enjoyment
be committed to the safeguarding, welfare and personal development of young people
contribute to the wider life of the school
have experience of supporting children with additional needs
