You will need to be a strategic leader who:

Leads by example and can demonstrate a commitment to raising standards
Will promote effective management of pupil behaviour and safeguard the welfare of children

Is an excellent, engaging communicator who will develop strong relationships with children, families and the wider community and make a significant contribution the wider life of the school

An experienced and dedicated governing body who offer support and challenge to the school
Key responsibilities will be to lead a key stage, a subject or an aspect of school. The role will be class based with dedicated leadership time. The year group to be taught following appointment will be determined by the skills/expertise of the successful candidate.

Shortlisting will take place on Friday 23rd April 2021.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a lesson observation and a number of tasks on Tuesday 4th May Bleak Hill. At the end of the first day, further shortlisting will be undertaken, and you will be advised if you are required to attend for a presentation and formal interview on Wednesday 5th May.
