We are looking to appoint an English Leader who has a proven record of producing positive outcomes and clear leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-resourced department with 20 members of staff and well below average group sizes. In addition, joining a proven successful leadership team including an Assistant Headteacher, Second in Department, KS5 Coordinator, KS4 coordinator, KS3 coordinator, Literacy Coordinator and two primary teachers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and inspiring subject specialist to lead our dedicated and well-qualified team. The successful candidate will be a practitioner who:
• can inspire both colleagues and students with your passion for English.
• is fascinated by learning and keen to develop the skills of all our students.
• has a proven track record in raising standards of attainment and achievement in English.
