Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for English Lead and Curriculum Lead
The Governing Body of Queen's Park C.E/U.R.C. Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic, and dedicated Assistant Head Teacher with responsibility for English and Curriculum, to become part of an ambitious Senior Leadership Team and who will be committed to and enhance our Christian Ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of the whole-school curriculum including English, ensuring it is coherent, challenging, and aligned with the school's vision and values
• Oversee the planning, delivery, and assessment of the whole school curriculum.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their practice in all areas of the curriculum including English
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of the curriculum, making adjustments as needed
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement
