The Governors of this supportive and inclusive school wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated Level 3 Learning Assistant. The posts will be in Foundation Stage initially and will involve cover supervision.
The successful candidates will:
- Have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Be able to be part of a successful team
- Build relationships with children and their families and have high expectations of their progress
- Fully support the school’s Catholic ethos and be committed to inspiring a love of learning
- Self-direction and a strong sense of initiative are essential.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a pre-interview task.
